We offer free walk-in PCR testing. We just need a copy of your medical insurance card and your drivers license. Uninsured patients can provide their social security number instead of an insurance card to get free testing.

Test results are available at https://portal.qdxpath.com. You will need to enter your last name, the provided cell phone number, and your date of birth. A code will be texted to your cell phone, and after you enter that code into the site, you can view your test results online.
